Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Stage Studios account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Stage Studios.

2. The service

Stage Studios provides AI-assisted virtual staging and enhancement of real-estate photography. Output is produced by third-party AI providers; we make no warranty of accuracy, fitness for purpose, or that staged images will be free of artefacts.

3. Honest marketing

You agree to disclose, where required by your jurisdiction, that listing photos have been digitally enhanced or virtually staged. We provide tools — you remain responsible for compliance with your local real-estate marketing rules.

4. Acceptable use

• Upload only photographs you own or are licensed to edit.
• No content depicting minors, illegal activity, or that violates third-party rights.
• No attempting to bypass usage limits, scrape outputs, or reverse-engineer the service.

5. Credits and refunds

Credits are non-refundable digital goods. Failed generations are automatically refunded as credits, not as currency. Purchased credits expire 6 months after purchase (each new top-up resets the expiry on your whole balance); free signup credits expire 30 days after they are granted.

6. Account termination

We may suspend accounts for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing support — your generated images will be retained per the storage tier you selected.

7. Liability

Stage Studios is provided "as is." Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost listings or sales.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
